Preparation
- Place the eggs
- the yogurt
- and the oil in a blender
- Blend these liquid ingredients for 4 minutes
- Add the sugar and all-purpose flour to the mixture
- Blend everything again for 2 to 3 minutes
- Finish by adding the baking powder
- Pulse the batter quickly for just 30 seconds
- Transfer the batter to a previously greased pan
- Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature
