Blender Orange Swiss Roll

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp grated orange zest
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp butter
Butter for greasing
Sugar and breadcrumbs for dusting
Confectioners' sugar for dusting
Strips of orange peel for garnish

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to a low temperature
- Grease a 36 x 24 cm baking pan with butter
- Line the bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper
- Brush butter over the parchment paper
- Dust with breadcrumbs
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until the batter is smooth and homogeneous
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the surface is lightly golden
- Lay a clean kitchen towel out on a flat surface
- Sprinkle sugar across the entire surface of the towel
- Carefully invert the pan onto the towel to unmold the cake
- Remove the parchment paper carefully
- Use the kitchen towel to roll the cake up from the shorter side into a log shape
- Transfer the Swiss roll to a serving platter
- Dust with confectioners' sugar
- Finish the decoration with the strips of orange peel
