Quick Blender Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup (tea) milk
1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups (tea) all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking powder
200g chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
  2. Place the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, margarine, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder in a blender
  3. Blend well until you obtain a smooth mixture
  4. Prepare a pan with approximately 22cm in diameter by lightly greasing it with margarine
  5. Pour only half of the batter into the pan
  6. Spread the chopped chocolate over it
  7. Finish by covering everything with the remaining batter
  8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes
  9. Bake until the cake is golden and fully cooked
  10. Remove from the oven
  11. Wait for the cake to cool slightly
  12. Unmold carefully to serve
