Preparation method
- In a mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until a creamy mixture forms
- Sift the flour and baking powder over the cream
- Mix well with your hands until a homogeneous dough forms

- Roll out the dough
- Line a pie dish with the dough and prick the bottom with a fork
