2 medium Tommy mangoes, chopped
1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder

Preparation method

  1. In a mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until a creamy mixture forms
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder over the cream

  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  6. Roll out the dough
  7. Line a pie dish with the dough and prick the bottom with a fork

  10. Blend the chopped mangoes, condensed milk, and lime juice in a blender until smooth

  14. Pour the filling over the baked and cooled crust
