Preparation method
- Dissolve the yeast in the sugar until it forms a paste, then follow the order of the listed ingredients.

- Let the dough rest for 20 minutes while preheating the oven.
- Brush the top of the bread ring with egg yolk for a golden finish.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- Unmold while warm.
