Where to find ingredients
You can find all ingredients in local supermarkets and grocery stores. For the condensed milk, look in the baking or canned milk aisle. If you cannot find margarine, unsalted butter is a common substitute.
Preparation method
- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C
- Place the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, margarine, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder in a blender and blend well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Prepare a pan with approximately 22cm in diameter, lightly greasing it with margarine
- Pour only half of the batter into the pan and spread the chopped chocolate over it
- Finish by covering everything with the remaining batter
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and fully baked
- Remove from the oven, wait for the cake to cool down a bit and unmold carefully to serve
