Where to find ingredients
You can find all ingredients at local grocery stores or supermarkets. For the chocolate, any dark or milk variety suitable for baking is ideal; as a substitute, you may use chocolate chips if chopped chocolate is unavailable.
Preparation method
- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C
- Place the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, margarine, wheat flour, cornstarch, and baking powder in the blender and blend well until you obtain a smooth mixture
- Prepare a pan with approximately 22cm in diameter, lightly greasing it with margarine
- Pour only half of the batter into the pan and spread the chopped chocolate over it
- Finish by covering everything with the remaining batter
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and fully cooked
- Remove from the oven, wait for the cake to cool down slightly, and unmold carefully to serve
Observations
