Preparation method
- Place the rice, water, salt, and star anise inside the pressure cooker
- Gently mix everything with a spoon
- Cover the pot and bring to high heat
- When the pot starts to whistle, indicating pressure, lower the heat
- Let it cook for 5 minutes
- Turn off the heat and wait for the steam to release naturally until the noise stops completely
- Open the pot safely and remove the star anise
- Transfer the rice to a bowl
- Serve the preparation hot
