Preparation method
- Remove the stem from the artichoke if present
- Place the artichokes upside down inside the pressure cooker
- The petals should face the bottom of the cooker
- Add water to cover the artichokes
- Do not exceed the maximum fill line of your cooker
- Close the lid and place over high heat
- Reduce heat to low once the cooker starts to whistle
- Cook for 10 minutes under pressure
