500 g of thinly sliced meat (your choice)
Salt to taste
1 bunch of Japanese broccoli
1 carrot, sliced into medium rounds
1 bell pepper, sliced into medium strips
1 onion, sliced into medium strips
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 cup of water (for cooking vegetables)
Vegetable oil (optional, for frying meat)
500 ml of ready-made yakisoba sauce
5 tablespoons of soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
500 ml of water (for the sauce)
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil (for the sauce)
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 beef bouillon cube
Mushrooms, to taste (optional)

Preparation method
- Cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling salted water until al dente
- Drain and set aside
- Prepare the vegetables: cook the carrot, bell pepper, onion, and Japanese broccoli in a covered pot with 1/2 cup of water and the dissolved vegetable bouillon cube
- Cook until tender but still crisp
- Season the meat strips with salt only

- Add the thickened sauce to the pot with the meat and vegetables
- Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
- If desired, add sliced mushrooms
- Serve the sauce with meat and vegetables over the cooked noodles
