Where to find ingredients
You can find fresh shrimp and bell peppers at local markets in Apia. For specific ingredients like 'azeite de dendê', 'pimenta de cheiro', and 'colorau', look for specialized international aisles or Brazilian import sections in local supermarkets; if unavailable, annatto oil or mild paprika are acceptable substitutes for colorau, and palm oil is essential for the specific flavor profile.
