Preparation method
- Place 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk in the blender
- Add 2 cans of table cream
- Add the passion fruit concentrate juice
- Blend well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- Reserve this first part
- Heat the milk in a saucepan
- Mix in the remaining sweetened condensed milk
- Add the cornstarch
- Incorporate the chocolate pudding mix dissolved in a little milk
- Stir everything into the hot milk
- Stir constantly until the cream thickens
- Let it cool completely
- Transfer to a mixer and add the remaining 2 cans of table cream
- Beat until a light cream is obtained and reserve
- Assemble the dessert in layers, alternating the two creams
- Decorate with passion fruit seeds or chocolate shavings
- Chill before serving
