Preparation method
- Sauté the crushed garlic and chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil in a pan
- Add the rinsed rice to the pan and fry it for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly
- Pour the boiling water into the pan and season with salt to taste
- Lower the heat to minimum and cook until the water has almost dried up
- Cover the pan and remove from the heat. Wait about 20 minutes for the rice to finish steaming and become nicely fluffy before serving
