Where to find ingredients

Preparation method
- Wash the zucchini skin thoroughly under running water using a vegetable brush.
- Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Trim off and discard the ends.
- Slice the zucchini crosswise to separate the thicker portion from the thinner end.
- Halve the thick portion lengthwise and cut each half into three strips to create batons.
- Divide the thin portion in half crosswise so that all pieces are of similar size.
- Cut each of these pieces into four parts.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and place the zucchini pieces with the cut side facing down.
- Grill for about 2 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Lightly crush the coriander seeds in a mortar to release their aroma.
- Turn the batons over using tongs to brown the opposite side.
- Add the coriander seeds, season with salt, and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
- Sauté for another 1 minute until the zucchini is tender and well-seasoned.
- Finish by turning off the heat and incorporating the lime juice.
- Serve immediately.
