Preparation method
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl
- Add the garlic and the chopped onion
- Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and the grated Parmesan cheese

- Gradually add the flour and knead with your hands until a uniform dough is formed
- Spread the meat dough onto a sheet of aluminum foil lightly brushed with oil

- Roll the meat up with the help of the aluminum foil, shaping it into a log
- Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking pan
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
