200 gr butter
100 gr sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons red wine (divided)
6 tart red apples (1kg)
100 gr seedless white raisins

Preparation method

  11. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with the larger portion of the dough

  13. Use the smaller portion of dough to create thin strips
  14. Arrange these strips over the filling to create a lattice pattern
  15. Bake in a medium oven until the top of the pie is golden brown
