Preparation method
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and let it cool slightly
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and walnuts and set aside
- Beat the butter with the vanilla extract until a homogeneous cream forms
- Add the sugar to the butter cream and continue beating
- Incorporate the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition
- Mix the melted chocolate into the batter
