Where to find ingredients
Rice is a pantry staple found in any supermarket. Raisins and peas are readily available in the dried goods or frozen sections. Carrots, bell peppers, onions, parsley, and chives can be found in the produce aisle of any grocery store. Butter and grated Parmesan cheese are standard dairy items. If you can't find raisins, you could substitute with dried cranberries for a tartness, or omit them entirely. Fresh peas are great if in season, otherwise frozen work perfectly well.
Preparation method
- Place the water in a pot, add salt and a drizzle of oil
