Preparation
- Clean the flank steak
- Season the meat all over with salt
- Heat the oil in a pot
- Add the rosemary sprig to infuse the oil
- Place the meat in the pot
- Sear all sides until they are well browned

- Sauté the vegetables for about 3 minutes
