Stuffed Meatloaf Roll

Ingredients
500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
100 g sliced ham
100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced into rounds
2 hard-boiled eggs

1 cup chopped olives

Method
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl
- Add the garlic and the minced onion
- Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and the grated parmesan cheese
- Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
- Mix everything very well
- Add the all-purpose flour little by little
- Knead with your hands until you obtain a uniform mixture
- Spread the meat mixture onto a sheet of aluminum foil lightly greased with oil
- Cover the spread-out meat with the slices of ham and mozzarella
- Spread the carrot, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion over the top
- Roll the meat using the aluminum foil as a guide
- Shape it into a roll
- Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking pan
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
