Stuffed Meatloaf Roll

Ingredients

500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
100 g sliced ham
100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced into rounds
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chopped olives

Method

  1. Place the ground beef in a large bowl
  2. Add the garlic and the minced onion
  3. Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and the grated parmesan cheese
  4. Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
  5. Mix everything very well
  6. Add the all-purpose flour little by little
  7. Knead with your hands until you obtain a uniform mixture
  8. Spread the meat mixture onto a sheet of aluminum foil lightly greased with oil
  9. Cover the spread-out meat with the slices of ham and mozzarella
  10. Spread the carrot, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion over the top
  11. Roll the meat using the aluminum foil as a guide
  12. Shape it into a roll
  13. Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking pan
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
