Where to find ingredients
Pineapple rings in syrup and sweetened condensed milk are readily available in the canned fruit and dairy aisles of most supermarkets. Milk and eggs are standard supermarket staples. Cornstarch can be found in the baking aisle. Ladyfingers (sometimes called sponge fingers or savoiardi) are often in the biscuit or baking section, or sometimes in the imported foods aisle. Shredded coconut is usually found in the baking aisle, often near other baking ingredients like nuts and dried fruits. For a wider selection or specific brands, check Latin or international food markets.

Observations
This pineapple cake is a traditional dessert that balances the sweetness of condensed milk with the natural acidity of the fruit, resulting in a light and irresistible texture after chilling.
