Where to find ingredients
Steaks like sirloin, top sirloin, or eye of round are commonly found in the meat section of most supermarkets. Onions, water, vinegar, butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper are standard pantry and produce items available in any grocery store. For Brazilian or Latin American specialty ingredients, check the international foods aisle of larger supermarkets or dedicated Latin markets. Online grocery stores often categorize these items under 'international foods' or specific regional cuisines.
