Preparation method
- Cook the spaghetti number 8 in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables: cook the carrot, bell pepper, onion, and Japanese broccoli in a covered pan with 1/2 cup of water and the dissolved vegetable bouillon cube. Cook until they are soft yet still crisp.
- Season the meat strips only with salt.
- In a frying pan or pot, heat a little vegetable oil (if using) and brown the meat strips.
- Add the browned meat to the cooked vegetables.
- Prepare the sauce: in another pot, mix the ready-made yakisoba sauce, soy sauce, sunflower oil, and the 500 ml of water.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and add it to the sauce pot. Also, add the beef bouillon cube.
- Place the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Add the thickened sauce to the pot with the meat and vegetables. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If desired, add sliced mushrooms.
- Serve the sauce with the meat and vegetables over the cooked pasta.
