Stuffed Ground Beef Meatloaf Roll

Ingredients
500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (tea) all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
100 g sliced ham
100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced into rounds
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion, sliced
1 cup (tea) chopped olives

Method
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion
- Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and grated parmesan cheese
- Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
- Mix everything together thoroughly
- Add the all-purpose flour little by little and knead with your hands until you have a uniform dough
- Spread the meat dough over a sheet of aluminum foil lightly greased with oil
- Cover the spread meat with the slices of ham and mozzarella
- Spread the carrot, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion over the top
- Roll up the meat with the help of the aluminum foil
- Shape it into a roll
- Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking sheet
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
