Stuffed Ground Beef Meatloaf Roll

Ingredients

500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (tea) all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
100 g sliced ham
100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced into rounds
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion, sliced
1 cup (tea) chopped olives

Method

  1. Place the ground beef in a large bowl
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion
  3. Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and grated parmesan cheese
  4. Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
  5. Mix everything together thoroughly
  6. Add the all-purpose flour little by little and knead with your hands until you have a uniform dough
  7. Spread the meat dough over a sheet of aluminum foil lightly greased with oil
  8. Cover the spread meat with the slices of ham and mozzarella
  9. Spread the carrot, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion over the top
  10. Roll up the meat with the help of the aluminum foil
  11. Shape it into a roll
  12. Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking sheet
  13. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
