Ingredients

2 cups rice
4 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 skinless tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 eggs
3 tablespoons grated cheese
100g chopped ham
100g chopped mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Dissolve one of the chicken bouillon cubes in a little hot water
  2. Place the skinless tomatoes

  4. and the dissolved bouillon in a blender
  5. Blend until you obtain a smooth sauce
  6. Cook the rice in a pot with the 4 cups of water and the other bouillon cube for 15 minutes
  7. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl

  10. and mozzarella into the bowl with the eggs
  11. Incorporate this mixture into the warm cooked rice
  12. Spread a portion of the tomato sauce over the bottom of a baking dish
  13. Spread the rice mixture over the sauce
  14. Cover the surface of the dish with the remaining sauce
  15. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbly
