1 cup of finely grated coconut
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of water
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of finely grated coconut

Where to find ingredients
Fresh corn with husks can be found at local farmers' markets or the produce section of large supermarkets. Grated coconut is available in the baking aisle.
Preparation
Grate the corn kernels or cut them off the cob and blend them with the water.
Add the coconut, sugar, and stir well.
Spoon the mixture into the corn husks and tie them securely.
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the pamonhas one by one. Important: The water must be at a full boil to prevent the pamonhas from falling apart.
