100 g de cream cheese
100 ml de manteiga derretida

Goiabada cascão para o recheio

Preparation
- Butter and dust individual cake molds with flour
- Mix the eggs and sugar well in a bowl
- Add the grated Minas cheese to the mixture
- Incorporate the cream cheese and melted butter
- Add the flour gradually
- Mix gently until you obtain a uniform batter
- Place the prepared molds on a baking sheet
- Fill the molds with batter until slightly more than halfway full
- Place a cube of guava paste in the center of each
- Cover with the remaining batter without filling all the way to the top edge
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes
- Remove from the oven carefully
- Unmold immediately and serve with guava puree and passion fruit puree if preferred

Serve this dessert while very hot to ensure the center remains creamy.
