Method
- Place the raw peanuts in a microwave-safe container
- Microwave on high power for 12 minutes to toast
- Process or blend the peanuts in a food processor or blender until they form a flour
- Transfer the ground peanuts to a bowl
- Add the egg yolk
- Add the milk
- Add the sugar
- Add the breadcrumbs
- Add the cocoa powder
- Mix all ingredients until the dough is homogeneous
