Method
- Prepare the initial mixture by blending the condensed milk in a blender
- Add the butter
- Add the milk
- Add the egg yolks
- Add the all-purpose flour
- Add the cocoa powder
- Process well until you get a homogeneous batter
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Gently incorporate the whipped egg whites using a wooden spoon
- Grease a large flan mold with butter
- Pour the batter into the mold
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 1 hour
- Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 2 hours
- Unmold the cooled flan onto a serving plate
