2 tablespoons sugar (for the caramel)
3 stale dinner rolls (or crusty bread rolls)
500 ml milk
3 whole eggs
2 cups sugar
1 dessert spoon lemon zest

  5. Blend the milk with the eggs and the 2 cups of sugar in a blender until the mixture is smooth

  8. Place in a preheated oven to bake in a water bath for 30 minutes
