Where to find ingredients
Sirloin steaks: Available at most supermarkets in the meat section, or from a butcher. Look for thick cuts, around 1-1.5 inches (2.5-4cm) thick.
Tomato pulp/crushed tomatoes: Found in the canned goods aisle of most supermarkets. You can substitute with passata or even a good quality tomato sauce if tomato pulp is unavailable.
Mozzarella cheese: Widely available in shredded or block form in the dairy section of supermarkets. For melting, pre-shredded is convenient, or shred a block yourself.
Salt, pepper, vegetable oil, oregano: Standard pantry staples found in any supermarket.
