3 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 egg yolk (membrane removed)
Grated Parmesan cheese

  15. Cook the gnocchi pieces in boiling water until they float to the surface
  16. Remove the gnocchi from the water and arrange them in a serving dish
  17. Cover with your favorite sauce
  18. Finish by sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese on top
  19. Bake in the oven just long enough to gratinate and brown
