1 package of spaghetti noodles (number 8)
500 g of meat strips (your choice)
Salt to taste
1 bunch of Japanese broccoli
1 carrot sliced into medium rounds
1 bell pepper sliced into medium strips
1 onion sliced into medium strips
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 cup water (for cooking vegetables)
Vegetable oil (optional, for frying meat)

5 tablespoons soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)

Preparation method
- Cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling salted water until al dente
- Drain and set aside
- Prepare the vegetables: cook the carrot, bell pepper, onion, and Japanese broccoli in a closed pot with 1/2 cup of water and the dissolved vegetable bouillon cube
- Cook until tender but still crisp
- Season the meat strips with salt only
- In a skillet or pot, heat a little vegetable oil (if using) and brown the meat strips
- Add the browned meat to the cooked vegetables
- Prepare the sauce: in another pot, mix the ready-made yakisoba sauce, soy sauce, sunflower oil, and 500 ml of water
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and add to the sauce pot
- Also add the beef bouillon cube
- Bring the mixture to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens
- Add the thickened sauce to the pot with the meat and vegetables
- Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
- If desired, add sliced mushrooms
- Serve the sauce with the meat and vegetables over the cooked noodles
