Ingredients

500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 lightly beaten eggs
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
100 g sliced ham
100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chopped olives

Preparation method

  1. Place the ground beef in a large bowl
  2. Add the garlic and chopped onion
  3. Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and grated Parmesan cheese
  4. Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
  5. Mix everything very well
  6. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead with your hands until you get a uniform dough
  7. Spread the meat dough on a lightly oiled aluminum foil sheet
  8. Line the spread meat with slices of ham and mozzarella
  9. Arrange the carrot slices, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion on top
  10. Roll the meat using the aluminum foil, shaping it into a roulade
  11. Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking dish
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
