Preparation method
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl
- Add the garlic and chopped onion
- Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and grated Parmesan cheese

- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead with your hands until you get a uniform dough
- Spread the meat dough on a lightly oiled aluminum foil sheet
- Line the spread meat with slices of ham and mozzarella
- Arrange the carrot slices, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion on top
- Roll the meat using the aluminum foil, shaping it into a roulade
- Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking dish
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
