Ingredients

1 kg sweet tapioca starch
2 cups sugar
300 g margarine
6 whole eggs
100 g shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Place the sweet tapioca starch, sugar, margarine, eggs, and shredded coconut in a large bowl
  2. Mix all the ingredients together
  3. Knead by hand until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough
  4. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of fat
  5. Form small balls using portions of the dough
  6. Spread the balls out on the baking sheet keeping a small space between them
  7. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature
  8. Bake until the cookies show a slightly golden color
