Preparation method
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate powder with the 6 tablespoons of milk until a smooth paste forms
- Pour this mixture into a mold with a central hole and place in the freezer

- Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens
- Remove from heat, let it cool completely, and then blend in a blender
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form, similar to meringue
- Gently fold the heavy cream into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate them
- Combine the two mixtures (the one from the blender and the egg white and cream mixture) and mix gently
- Pour the mixture into the mold that was already in the freezer
- Return to the freezer for approximately 6 hours, or until firm
