Preparation method
- In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, butter, and grated fresh coconut
- Place the saucepan over low to medium heat
- Cook, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes, until the mixture pulls away from the bottom of the pan, forming a thick cream
- Remove the mixture from the heat and transfer it to a plate or serving dish
- Let it cool to lukewarm
- Grease your hands with a little butter
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls
- Roll the shaped Beijinhos in crystal sugar
- Decorate each Beijinho with a whole clove
