3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
Butter for greasing
Sugar and breadcrumbs for dusting
Powdered sugar for decoration
Strips of zest from 1 orange for decoration

  9. Sprinkle sugar all over the towel
  10. Carefully invert the pan over the towel to unmold the cake
  11. Carefully remove the parchment paper
  12. Use the kitchen towel to roll the batter from the shorter side, forming a roll cake shape
  13. Transfer the roll cake to a serving dish
  14. Dust with powdered sugar and finish the decoration with orange zest strips
