Preparation method
- Beat all ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter
- Grease a 36 x 24 cm baking pan with butter
- Line the bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper
- Brush butter over the parchment paper and dust with breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to low temperature
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the surface is lightly golden
- Spread a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface
- Sprinkle sugar all over the towel
- Carefully invert the pan over the towel to unmold the cake
- Carefully remove the parchment paper
- Use the kitchen towel to roll the batter from the shorter side, forming a roll cake shape
- Transfer the roll cake to a serving dish
- Dust with powdered sugar and finish the decoration with orange zest strips
