Preparation method
- Cut the plantains lengthwise, then in half
- Fry the pieces in a small amount of butter or margarine until tender and golden
- Arrange them in a serving dish, cover with sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon
- Refrigerate until almost frozen
- Serve when it's nearly frozen
