Ingredientes

450g peeled and cooked potatoes
50 g butter
EGG YOLKS
Salt to taste
black pepper, to taste
nutmeg to taste
Wheat flour for greasing

Modo de preparo

  1. Peel the potatoes and place them in a saucepan with water
  2. Bring to high heat until it starts to boil
  3. Add salt and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until tender
  4. Drain all the water and pass the potatoes through the juicer
  5. Mix butter and yolks well with mashed potatoes
  6. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg, stirring to incorporate the flavors
  7. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag equipped with a wide nozzle
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F
  9. Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle wheat flour
  10. Mold potato roses on the baking tray by pressing the pastry bag
  11. Start the movement in the center and make a spiral circle to form the rose
  12. Keep a space between each portion on the baking sheet
  13. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the surface is slightly browned
  14. Remove from oven and serve immediately
