Pressure Cooker Dulce de Leche: Easy Recipe

Preparation method
- Remove the paper label from the can of condensed milk
- With a small knife, remove any glue residue to prevent clogging the pressure cooker valve
- Place the can of condensed milk inside the pressure cooker
- Add water to the pot until it covers the can, leaving about two fingers of water above it
- Close the pressure cooker and place over medium heat
- As soon as the cooker starts to whistle (hiss), reduce the heat if necessary and cook for 20 minutes
- Turn off the heat and wait for the steam to escape naturally
- Do not force the steam to escape
- When all the pressure has escaped, carefully open the pot lid
- Use tongs to remove the hot can from the pot, avoiding burns
- Let the can cool completely for at least 2 hours before opening
- For best results, prepare the dulce de leche the day before consuming
