Observations
The secret to achieving the perfect bean texture is a thorough soak, which improves digestibility and cuts down on cooking time. The sauté base, built with smoky bacon and earthy cumin, provides a remarkable aromatic depth, resulting in a thick, rich broth that ties the whole dish together.
