6 to 8 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise
1 cup (240ml) seedless raisins
Ground cinnamon to taste
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
120g melted margarine
3 whole eggs, beaten with 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
