2 eggs

2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped into thin strips
1 can flaked tuna
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of oregano
1/2 cup water

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15 minutes, or until lightly golden
- Serve the pie hot, with rice and, if desired, white wine
