Ingredients

2 whole eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of vegetable oil
10 tablespoons of wheat flour
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 cubes of beef bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for sautéing
1 cooked and shredded chicken
1 chopped onion
1/2 kg
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of peas, drained
Salt to taste
2 cups of shredded mozzarella

Preparation method

  1. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onion until translucent
  2. Add the shredded chicken, corn, peas, and season with salt to taste

  4. In the blender, add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, wheat flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and beef bouillon cubes
  5. Blend all the batter ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

  7. Grease a medium baking dish or casserole with oil and sprinkle with wheat flour
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish
  9. Spread the chicken filling over the batter
  10. Cover the filling with the remaining batter

  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and firm
