Ingredients

1/2 cup (tea) of milk
100 g of margarine
2 cakes of baker's yeast
3 boiled and mashed potatoes
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Wheat flour until the dough is ready to knead
Mild melting cheese for filling

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Work the dough well until it is homogeneous and soft
  3. Cover the dough
  4. Let it rest until it doubles in volume
  5. Divide the dough into small portions
  6. Shape the small rolls
  7. Place a piece of cheese inside each unit
  8. Seal well
  9. Place the bread rolls on a baking sheet
  10. Wait for them to rise again
  11. Brush an egg yolk over the surface of the breads
  12. Bake in a preheated oven until they are golden brown
