Ingredients

6 eggs
2 and 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
Butter for greasing
Sugar and breadcrumbs for dusting
Powdered sugar for decoration
Zest strips from 1 orange for decoration

Preparation method

  8. Lay a clean dish towel on a flat surface
  9. Sprinkle sugar all over the towel
  10. Carefully invert the baking pan onto the towel to unmold the cake
  11. Carefully remove the parchment paper
  12. Use the dish towel to roll up the cake from the shorter side, forming a Swiss roll shape
  13. Transfer the Swiss roll to a serving dish
  14. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and finish the decoration with orange zest strips
