Where to find ingredients
Fresh cheese: Look for this in the dairy section of most supermarkets. If you can't find a specific type of fresh cheese, a mild, non-melting cheese like mozzarella or a mild white cheese can be substituted.
Ground meat: Available in the meat section of supermarkets or from a butcher.
All-purpose flour: Found in the baking aisle of supermarkets.
Tomato sauce: Available in cans or jars in the pasta sauce or canned goods aisle of supermarkets. You can also use a good quality passata or crushed tomatoes and season it yourself.
