1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
half cup chopped bacon (50 g)
1 clove garlic, minced (5 g)
half medium onion, chopped (75 g)
1 cup cassava flour (150 g)
2 cups cooked pinto beans, drained (400 g)
2 cups cooked bean broth (400 ml)
half teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (5 g)

Preparation method

  1. Season the pork chops with olive oil, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

  5. Add the cassava flour and toast lightly, stirring constantly
