Preparation method
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the chocolate drink mix powder with the 6 tablespoons of milk until a smooth paste forms
- Place this mixture in a ring mold and put it in the freezer

- Gently fold the strained heavy cream into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate them
- Combine the two mixtures (the one processed and the egg white mixture), stirring gently
- Pour the combined mixture into the mold that was in the freezer
- Return to the freezer for approximately 6 hours, or until firm
